Mother groomed children for abuse

This story just made me use language that I can not post to this blog. This disgusting so called mother filmed her children dressing for her pedophile boyfriend. The only reason she was caught is that he had done something that warranted his computer being seized. She had the audacity to write a story about this. The judge for this trial said:

“You utterly failed to protect your children by positively joining in their grooming. Your desire to satisfy (your boyfriend’s) sexual interests overrided your maternal instincts.”

Another predator mother who had the well being of her children take a back seat to her pedophile boyfriend's needs. Then she went on to have another relationship with another sexual offender. She purposely put her kids at risk for her own gratification. I will never understand that. IMO a man or woman a  for that matter should never be more important then the safety and well being of your children.

Then another lovely thing I dispise with these stories is the defense attorney's making the pedophile out to be something he/she isn't:

Jonathan Seely, mitigating for the male defendant, said he had served in the Armed Forces and had 26 “unblemished” years in several different fire services.

It is well known that a pedophile sexual offender, offends from 100 to 400 times before they are arrested. This man is 51 years old and he purposely sought a single mother to have access to her children. A pedophile predator doesn't just start offending at 51 years old. You can be sure there are a lot more victims/survivors out there. I am glad that the both of them are in jail. Now the mother is going to be a registered sex offender when she is released after she serves her sentence. This means that even if for some miracle she changes she won't be allowed around children period. That means her children until they are of age and any grandchildren her children may have. Poetic justice is all I have to say. I hope the children are receiving good services and are with caring people who have their best interest at heart. Rosie

A mother who sold her story about a paedophile boyfriend abusing her children has been jailed after a court heard she let it happen again.
The woman, from a village near Cambridge, who cannot be named for legal reasons, secretly filmed her three young children getting undressed for the “gratification” of her partner and grossly neglected them – 11 days after signing a contract to be his ‘sex slave’.

 The 42-year-old was jailed at Cambridge Crown Court for 15 months. Her boyfriend, 51, a retired fire and rescue worker, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, was sentenced to three years for taking and possessing thousands of photos of both her children and other youngsters.
Judge Jonathan Haworth told the court: “You utterly failed to protect your children by positively joining in their grooming. Your desire to satisfy (your boyfriend’s) sexual interests overrided your maternal instincts.”
The court heard how the mother anonymously printed the story of how an ex-boyfriend turned out to be a paedophile in a national publication, before beginning a relationship with her new boyfriend in 2010.
Judge Haworth expressed his horror that even after the mother, who was diagnosed as having a masochistic personality disorder, had been arrested in August 2010, she began a relationship on Facebook with another known sex offender.
Thomas Brown, prosecuting, told the court that the offences only came to light after the male defendant was arrested about an unrelated incident and police seized his camera and computer, on which he had stored photos of the children.
Judge Jonathan Haworth said to the man: “I have no doubt that you entered into the relationship as a pre cursor to use her children for your gratification.”
Detective Constable Mel Telford added: “He is a dangerous man who targeted a mother he could use to gain access to her children. It was a sickening breach of trust by a mother to use her own daughter to feed a paedophile’s fetishes.”
Jonathan Seely, mitigating for the male defendant, said he had served in the Armed Forces and had 26 “unblemished” years in several different fire services.
The man, from Suffolk, pleaded guilty on the day of his trial to taking 51 indecent photos, possessing 1,269 indecent images and downloading 2,361.
The mother pleaded guilty to making the video of her children as well as one count of cruelty and two of neglect.
Upon release they will both be placed on the sex offenders register.
