UK Man Caught Having Oral Sex with Boy in a Pattaya Mall Toilet
PATTAYA – March 9, 2012 [PDN]; Pol. Lt. Surachok Kangwanwanich Pattaya police station was notified Royal Garden Plaza satff that a foreign a tourist had been detained, charged with public obscenity.
In the male toilet of the Royal Garden Mall, a clerk caught a British citizen, Mr. Kinder Eaward David age 61, with a boy named “A”, age 13.
Mrs.
Pranom Tanyos, the cleaning staff of department store said that at the
time the incident she was cleaning the floor and saw Mr.Kinder taking a
boy into the toilet cubicle. Both of stayed in the toilet for a long
time so she called the the security guard to go and check. The guard
found the two in the cubicle. The boy performing oral sex on Mr. Kinder.The security guard of the department store detained Mr.Kinder and notified the police immediately.
Mr. Kinder Eaward David initially refused, saying that, he didn’t do anything obscene with the boy.
Upon investigation the boy: “A” said that, he met and talked to Mr.Kinder in front of Royal Garden Plaza. Moment later Mr. Kinder hired “A” to perform oral sex for 500 THB.
The police arrested Mr. Kinder Eaward David. He will be further investigated and thereafter prosecuted according to the Thai law. Regarding the boy; “A”, the police will co-ordinate the children’s welfare office.
let's hope they prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law and not a 'slap on the wrist' as usual punishment for such a heinous crime. Typical that he denied all charges..seems that all pedophiles have a completely different reality

I am saddened and outraged that every time you turn on the news there is another pedophile at it again and every institution whether it be school, church, or courtroom seem to lie and cover up the abuse and protect the pedophile. As a society, we need to unite and not tolerate the perpetuation of abuse of innocent children and take a stand and have a loud voice against this evil. Get in the legislators faces and expose every government body that condones pedophilia and abuse against children.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you completely. The number of stories of children getting sexually abused is very high. My thought on this is that since technology has taken away the power from media outlets we are seeing more independent writers who are willing to take this subject on. This in turn is pushing main stream media to look at these stories. I like you hate that these predators tend to get very short sentences if any at all. I agree that we need to unite and note tolerate those who prey on children. The scary thing is that it is so wide spread that I am sure there are cover ups at times. We do need to educate legislatures on what this abuse is and the life long impact it has on a child. Thanks for stopping by and posting your comment and come back anytime. Rosie
