Huntingdon: Paedophile Jailed

This morning I posted an article about child sexual abuse media (aka child pornography) and expressed my frustration with the author of the article for not recognizing that harboring child sexual abuse media is a crime. The pedophile in this blog post had over 80,000 pieces of child sexual abuse media on his computer. I wonder how the author of that article  feels about someone having this much child sexual abuse media. They traced this pedophile from an internet site that had over 4000 addresses of like minded people linked to it. A portal to get child sexual abuse media (my words). I hope they track down all of them. How anyone can believe that possessing images of children being sexually abused does not warrant tough repercussions is beyond me. Yes those who download these images didn't actually physically sexually abuse the child but looking at and watching media of child sexual abuse is re-victimizing the victim all over again. This media is used specifically as a way to sexually gratify a deviants sexual desires. There  are those who argue looking at this media lessons a pedophiles risk to actually touch a child. I would argue that it leads to the pedophile wanting to have sex with a child. If they graduate from being gratified from the child sexual abuse media it leads to them molesting and sexually abusing children. I would love to have a public forum where I could address those who feel this isn't so bad. I'll like to be able to congratulate them on their part in the normalization of pedophilia. Let's work together to stop this. Thanks, Rosie

A man from Huntingdon, caught with more than 80,000 indecent images of children on his computer, has been jailed.
A Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) investigation carried out in Luxemburg identified almost 5,000 addresses linked to an internet forum where indecent images were shared.
Police traced one of the users to an address in Provence Road, Huntingdon, where 38 year old Kahung Sett-Wong lived.

Officers carried out a warrant at the home in October last year and seized computer equipment. He was found to have almost 83,000 indecent images, the majority were at level one – the lowest level on the scale, but 19 were at level 5, the highest.
Sett-Wong pleaded guilty to possessing indecent images of children and was jailed for 12 months at Peterborough Crown Court yesterday (Monday).
Detective Constable Gareth Purdy said: "This case shows how we are able to trace those people who download indecent images of children, regardless of whether they're using foreign forums.
"This type of crime is by no means victimless and anyone who downloads or shares such images is supporting that criminality and faces being sent to prison."
