Grafton Man Admits to Sexually Abusing 11-year-old Girl GRAFTON, ND (WDAZ-TV) - A Grafton man has been charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child after he admitted to having sexual conduct with a girl under 15 years of age.

I am following this story. This pedophile predator's trial starts on April 17, 2012. He is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child. In North Dakota this charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison. I find it interesting that in some states child sexual abuse is looked at harder then in others. I am wondering why there isn't the same level of urgency to protect children from pedophile predators across the US. Any one know? I hope it has nothing to do with supporters of normalizing pedophilia. Thanks, Rosie
