I found this story this morning on twitter. Another story of a child predator being in a position where he had access to children. He has been arrested and been charged with a Class A Felonies. According to wisegeek.com:
" In most places, Class A felonies are not only the most serious types of
crimes, but they also carry the most serious penalties. Since the Class A
felony designation is typically reserved for such crimes as murder and
rape, punishments are meant to match the seriousness of the crime. For
example, some people are given a life sentence
in prison, often without possibility of parole, after committing a
Class A felony. Some convicted of such crimes may even receive the death penalty."
When the facts of this case come out we are going to hear some terrible things that happened to his child victim(s). You don't get charged with these type of charges unless you've committed something horrendous. Not to say that child sexual abuse in itself is horrendous enough. I hope the victim(s) involved are getting help. I will follow this story as I am sure the Town, school system, families and children are very upset over this happening. I will post updates on this story.
